Your Rundet travels in a slim paperboard tube that fits through the letterbox. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
Taxes and duties. Prices include VAT at the rate of your country. United States: no sales tax and no import duty. Other countries outside the European Union: import duties or taxes, if any, are set by your country's customs.
A problem with your parcel? Lost, late or damaged: write to us at support@rundet.shop or the contact form, with a photo if it arrived damaged. We send a replacement or refund you.
