How to ask for a refund

Write to us at support@rundet.shop or the contact form with your order number. We tell you whether to send your Rundet back; if we do, return shipping is on us. The refund goes back to your original payment method, within 14 days of your request.

Your statutory rights

This guarantee comes on top of your legal rights. In the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery, and the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) covers any defect present at delivery.

Damaged or defective

If your Rundet arrives damaged, or a part comes unstuck under normal use, write to us with a photo: we send a replacement or refund you.
